New and existing customers can place orders by U. S. mail, by email, or by telephone (with email confirmation) for direct shipment to locations in the US and Canada. All customers must have a valid shipping address (not P.O. Box address) and billing address in order for us to accept and ship your order. All duties, taxes and brokerage fees associated with international shipments are the responsibility of the purchaser. All questions relating to orders, billing or shipping shall be directed to the address listed on our contact page. All prices are shown in US Dollars(USD). We are obligated to charge 6% sales tax for customers in Florida except for those Florida customers that have a current Tax Exemption Certificate on file with us.
All orders are entered into our system immediately upon receipt. All orders for stock items will ship within 1 business day after receipt of order, subject to stock availability.
As most orders will be processed immediately upon receipt, it is difficult to make order changes. Should there be a backorder situation and you would like to cancel or change shipping method, please contact us via email. All change requests must be in writing.
We offer shipment via United Parcel Service or Federal Express ground, 2nd, 3rd day and overnight service. All freight charges are prepaid by GEC Instruments and are included in your invoice or credit card charge.
We constantly strive to have all of our standard products immediately available. However you may order an item that is temporarily out of stock. If a standard item you wish to purchase is not in stock at the time of order, you will be notified immediately with an estimated shipping date. It will be placed on backorder and shipped when the item is available. It will ship via the same method as your original request.
We currently accept purchase orders from established customers. We also accept Visa or MasterCard from new and established customers. There is no surcharge applied for using your credit card. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and phone number (the address and phone number your bank has on file) as incorrect information can cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon shipment of your order.
All of our products carry a warranty from the manufacturer against defects in material and workmanship. Products that have been misused, abused or used outside the recommended product specifications do not fall under the manufacturer warranty. An authorized RMA must be completed prior to sending product back. Items returned under warranty will be repaired or replaced.
